PRE-CONSTRUCTION
Before starting to develop any project, we focus on working closely with each of our clients to establish the guidelines for that project. It is necessary to address cost issues, coordinate work plans and budgets. Once obtaining this information; it is up to HGC to establish a special work team for that specific project. Our attention is always personalized.
Our task always is to make our clients feel relaxed about what is happening during the process but providing prompt reports to let them know what stage the project is in and also to listen to their comments and suggestions.
Project Management and Construction Supervision
Our goal is to make the construction process effortless and “boring” for the owner. We accomplish this by properly managing the details and continually looking ahead to the next milestone. RFI’s, submittals, change requests and weekly reporting are integrated into our powerful project management software, and each project follows a standardized work flowchart and utilizes a strong back-office that provides continuity throughout the entire process.
POST-CONSTRUCTION
As we already mentioned, our priority is to help our clients to stay relaxed during the process, in our post-construction phase, we provide our clients with the tools and information they will need to become familiar with their new building or facility.
